Sims 4 PS4 has a pop up that is telling me I need to connect to PSN

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 4
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Strangerville and Patio Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? I started playing again 3 days ago
What do you expect to see? A tall person if they are bathing alone
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

A pop up window keeps appearing and multiple times stating that "online features won't be available if I am not connected to PSN" It pops up no matter how many times I click it off. I am signed in to my PSN and the internet, and I never seen this pop up before so I am unsure of the problem.

Hello Poptart and thanks the feedback.  I have tried unchecking everything you have mentioned in the options/others, but no cigar.  However, unchecking those boxes did reduce the pop-up appearing on my screen.

Thanks Holger for putting me in my place.  Ha ha, well that sounded funny.

  • The game just came out free on PS4 Console for PS Plus members, so I do expect a lot of bugs and defects on the game.  Some games are adding a tab to report issues such as bugs and what not.
