Sims 4 realm of magic crashing game (xbox one)

I play on Xbox one, have the most recent updates and have all the DLC expect for 4 stuff packs ( ice cream, Bowling, toddler and kids stuff) ever sense I got realm of magic in October my game has been randomly crashing, it crashes mid-save, during live mode and during build mode it happens not matter what world Im in or lot. I'm gonna try different things and see how it affects my game I hope this issue is being looked into I'm not the only xbox player experiencing this either.

Unfortunately, you only have two options to repair the game on the console
1. Please try clearing your cache by power-cycling your console. You can turn your console off and then unplug it for 60 seconds. After that, you can plug it back in, turn it back on, and try to access the game again.
2. Reinstall the game.
