@BukiBuu hi there can you explain in a bit more detail what your issue is please?
- @simsplayer818 On my playstation 5 i playt the sims. I do not own a PC so i play off my console. I was able to do the week 1 and 2of the Reaper event mission until week 3 showed up. For week three, i was able to complete the first task until the second task came up and I wanted to switch to another household in my game. That's when the quest not only disappeared but next to the grim reaper icon it said the gnomes were working on Maintenace issue. I deleted the game the next day because it still did not work & when i installed the game back. The event still wasn't showing up. I have still need to do week 3 and 4 to finished but cannot. Is there a way EA can fix the event off the consoles? Or give us the rewards for free? its insane.
Same thing happen to me but im on xbox, got half way through week 2 before the quest list disappeared and can now only look at the quest rewards... Its just teasing me at this point 😞
- @cereza1326 exactly.
@BukiBuu There is an open bug report here
Since you deleted the game did you check it was connected again to your EA account in your Game Options and check Online Social Features is enabled? I'm attaching an image of the Game Options page for you assuming it looks the same on PS as it looks on my Xbox.
If the Event doesn't return you can join the bug report by clicking the Me Too button on the first post on page 1 to help track how many people are affected and by also adding a reply with your information if you'd like to do so.
This did actually happen to me as well yesterday because an event was running when the Reaper tasks popped up and I only got half the tasks. I left it overnight, to try it again today. I powercycled my Xbox then I cleared my locally saved data which is unfortunately only available as an Xbox step so @cereza1326 this might work for you. Go to Sims 4>Manage Game and Add-ons from the Xbox home screen using the menu button (3 lines) then Saved Data and then you'll see 2 sets of data, pick the set next to your gamertag/username and be careful to select delete from console only. Then load up your game immediately. It will sync up with the cloud. Then on my Sims 4 home screen the Reaper Event popped up. I picked a different household to the one that completed the first set of this week's tasks and the event began and ran smoothly after that.
Hope this helps!
they're stilll fixing it. So hopefully there is a solution asap.
Update:
The bug reports for Reaper Event issues have now been reorganised into the following:

I was able to complete rewards quests until week 3. I was able to complete all but one task for week 3 and then the rewards quests completely disappeared. I got the pop up on the main screen when week 4 began, and clicked "play" but they still are not there. They have not come back and now I'm not able to claim any of the remaining rewards!
@BukiBuu and @misskayla86 if you take a look at the bug report links in my post #8 and join the right one that applies to your Reaper's Event problem by adding a reply you'll be kept up to date with any progress on the current problems. Hopefully it will be addressed soon. Also important to click Me Too on the first post on page 1 of the relevant bug report to track numbers of players affected.
Good luck.
