- Anonymous8 years agoI found a solution that worked for me. I transferred the stuck SIM to another household and played my current one for a few minutes. Then I transferred my SIM back and everything works as normal. Hope this helps!

Hi, we've been having this issue since day one. I came to see if they were gonna fix it, as it's happening so much now, it's unplayable. I'm on xbox tho.
Anyway, what does work for us, is to save the game, exit, start another totally different game, like, idk, cuthbert goes skiing, lol, and then go back. Make sure you save it in a couple of places.
This is rubbish, esp for a brand new triple a game, but hey, its ea, soooooo...

Just wondering if you guys leave your consoles in 'sleepy time / instant on' mode or if you completely shut it down?
If you do leave it in those modes, try giving your system a restart before launching the sims and see if that helps at all.

An easier fixed sometimes is to push pause for a few minutes if that doesn't work go into build mode for a few minutes if that doesn't work you can travel to another location with a different Sim and then go back home those of all work for me instead of transferring the Sim to
a different family
