Sims 4 stuff pack not working.
I have downloaded the sims 4 vintage glamour stuff on my xbox one as an add on for my game, I do have a few of the game add ons and they all work fine, it says I have it in the game menu but I havent recieved any of the actual things that are supposed to come with it.
When looking at it in the store it then gives me the option to install it again, I have tried to install it about 5 times and it says it has finished installing so I load up sims again, and it's there in the menus but again, no stuff
Can anyone help me?

If you're still having difficulty accessing your Packs, let's try some troubleshooting.
After installing a pack, the troubleshooting steps are:
- PS4-only: Confirm that the console shows the pack as INSTALLED and not “READY TO INSTALL” under Manage Game & add-ons
- If the pack isn’t there, download it and restart The Sims 4
- If the pack is installed
- Quit The Sims 4 and restart the game
- If it still doesn’t show up
- Press and hold the power button on the front of the Xbox One until it turns off
- Wait 30 seconds and turn on the console again (cold boot)
- Launch The Sims 4
- If it STILL doesn’t show up
- Press and hold the power button on the front of the Xbox One until it turns off
- Unplug the Xbox One from power
- Wait 30 seconds, plug it back in and turn on the console again
- Launch The Sims 4
