Sul Sul, @shellyboo123.
If you're still having difficulty accessing your Packs, let's try some troubleshooting.
After installing a pack, the troubleshooting steps are:
- PS4-only: Confirm that the console shows the pack as INSTALLED and not “READY TO INSTALL” under Manage Game & add-ons
- If the pack isn’t there, download it and restart The Sims 4
- If the pack is installed
- Quit The Sims 4 and restart the game
- If it still doesn’t show up
- Press and hold the power button on the front of the Xbox One until it turns off
- Wait 30 seconds and turn on the console again (cold boot)
- Launch The Sims 4
- If it STILL doesn’t show up
- Press and hold the power button on the front of the Xbox One until it turns off
- Unplug the Xbox One from power
- Wait 30 seconds, plug it back in and turn on the console again
- Launch The Sims 4
Please let me know how it goes for you.

Thank you for the info! But what I ended up having to do was uninstall all of the packs and the game and reinstall all of it for it to work.

Unfortunately that didn’t work when I tried all of that before posting on here. So I deleted my Sims games from the console and reinstalled them and that fixed the problem.
