Sims 4 Xbox One Sim Is Not Moving/Listening To Command

Evening. So I got Sims 4 a few days ago on my new Xbox One and today my Sim has stopped moving and will not listen to any of my commands I give her. Can you please help me out? I have no mods instal...

    Sul sul, @ZoeyQuinn2017 and @OhTheHuntress.

    That's no good. Just in case the Sim might be stuck in spot, thus unable to move to do what you ask, could you please try using the cell phone to travel to another spot and then travel back? After that, you can nudge the Sim to try another thing and see if it goes through then.
