Just today Sims 4 says I don't own certain packs which I do. I can't download other simmers creations as the button for having them in your household is ghosted out.
It then says that I can't move to another world space due to not having the relevant packs which I have. The game was working few days ago and now I can't play it. Any help would will be well appreciated.

I've rebuilt my database in my ps5. The packs now say I own them as it should be. However the gallery isn't working still.
Community ManagerThanks, is this happening with all content from the Gallery, or just this one household? Which game version are you currently playing on?
It doesn't happen when you only look for ps4 sim creations but for pc it does this.
I'm on version 2.12.
Community ManagerGotchya, earlier this week an update was released for PC and Mac players- the console versions of this update ran into an issue during final testing and will be delayed. We're working to get this update to console ASAP.
Since PC and Mac are now on a different update version, you won't be able to download any items from the Gallery created by PC and Mac players that was created after 5/27. Any items created prior to the 27th should still be accessible for you to download in your game.
Please let me know if you're seeing issues with older content in the Gallery as well.
