Sims 4

I play on Xbox and one day my sims4 was fine because I just got some new packs and then the next day it’s start crashing and it keeps doing it it been doing it for the past 3 days now I can’t even save my game I don’t know what to do because I don’t know what wrong with it I just need help with i want to be able to play my game without no problems
