Sims no longer effected by weather. No longer get cold, or hot.

Product: The Sims 4 Platform:Microsoft XBOX One Which language are you playing the game in? English How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) What is your current game version number? SP17....

Do you have "enable temperature effects on Sims" checked in settings? I'd double-check that first before reinstalling.

    @PipMenace Yes after doing some research I found that this issue was occuring 5 or 6 years ago, and the same thing was mentioned about in the options, I checked once and weather effects where activated/turned on, but I will check again. thanks
