Sims season add on isn’t working
I got seasons add on for my ps5 and it hasn’t work since I brought it , it doesn’t change season . I’m not sure what going on but can someone help me? When I go to settings and downloads and add on I don’t even see the seasons add on but when you go to the sims Game and when you see expansion packs you purchased seasons is one of them.

Are you seeing the other Seasons content in-game, like in Build/Buy mode? It sounds like this pack isn't fully installed to your console.
To check that it's fully installed, please try the following:
- Restore the licenses on your console
- Go to your Game Library
- Scroll to Your Collection
- Select The Sims 4
- Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
- Select the DLC in this list and select Install
- When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims
