Sims Stuck In Live Mode

No, unfortunately that’s not it. The game is essentially still playing, even while on pause. I can’t click anything, I can’t control the sims, nothing. They’re still moving/playing even on the menu. I’ve restarted the game, started a new save, and tried the “resetsim” cheat too. Nothing is working. It does it whether it’s in pause, normal, fast forward, etc. I can’t click on anything, but the sims still do stuff. I hope that makes sense lol, thank you for the reply tho! 🙂

@spacecase451   Hello!  Are you still having this trouble with your game?  If so, you may want to cycle the power to clear out any temporary files and such; sort of like clearing the cache.  Basically, you would shut down the system completely and wait for the light to stop flashing and then disconnect the power source for a couple minutes.  

If that doesn't help, then you may need to do a complete reinstall. You may also want to move your save files to the cloud or to a thumb drive temporarily and check if a reinstall works for a new save.  Then you could move your saved data back to your PS4.
