Sims4 DLC not showing purchased on ps4

I spent $80 on expansion packs for my PlayStation version of Sims4 over two months ago. They were working fine, until today. Now the ps store says my packs are not purchased anymore and I can’t use my items. My builds have been ruined and my sims too. Within the game the packs show as owned but I get an error stating the packs were uninstalled. I don’t know what to do.

    Hi @potatoh_boi,

    Were you previously game-sharing, or were these packs bought directly from your account?

    Please try the following and let me know how this works for you:

    • Restore the licenses on your console 
    • Go to your Game Library 
    • Scroll to Your Collection
    • Select The Sims 4
    • Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
    • Select the DLC in this list and select Install
    • When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims

    @EA_Solaire Iv had the same problem and no I was no game sharing. I play on console. Iv played the add on for the past 5 months and since I uninstalled and went to reinstall due to issues to was having with the gallery it shows in the store it’s never been purchased.
