Sims4 DLC not showing purchased on ps4

    Hi @potatoh_boi,

    Were you previously game-sharing, or were these packs bought directly from your account?

    Please try the following and let me know how this works for you:

    • Restore the licenses on your console 
    • Go to your Game Library 
    • Scroll to Your Collection
    • Select The Sims 4
    • Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
    • Select the DLC in this list and select Install
    • When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims

@EA_Solaire Iv had the same problem and no I was no game sharing. I play on console. Iv played the add on for the past 5 months and since I uninstalled and went to reinstall due to issues to was having with the gallery it shows in the store it’s never been purchased.

    Which DLC specifically are you having issues with? Is this DLC showing in the transaction history on your console? If you play on Xbox, you can check that here, for PlayStation follow these steps to check.
