Sleepover Sleepwear unavailable - PlayStation

@EA_Solaire @EA_Cade Three weeks in and still no solution. The Sleepover Sleepwear pack is still inaccessible via PlayStation. My EA Play subscription expires on the 28/03 and, as previously stated, I will not purchase another months subscription. I expect a refund or free access to The Sleepover Sleepwear pack when made accessible.
@kiwimaggie It doesn’t help that both the update and new pack have released with their own issues, pushing this one further down the list of concerns.
- @EA_Solaire @EA_Cade Hey I'm not sure if this was an active fix, but when I opened the game today there was a pop up message saying that the sleepwear had been added 🥰 Tested it out in CAS and they sleepwear items were there with th gold star badge 🙃. I have all my Sims wearing different variations now 😊
The pack still shows in my store as unowned though, so idk.
@MsMaeve92 is it still inaccessible for you? @kiwimaggie The pack still registers as inaccessible and shows the error code, but the items are now in-game.
@EA_Cade @EA_Solaire Well, my EA Play subscription has expired, whatever happens now I can’t comment on.

I’m on PlayStation 4 I have an active annual EA subscription but the Sleepover Sleepwear isn’t showing in the PlayStation store so I can download it … I’ve been waiting and checking … doesn’t matter if it’s on my console or using the PlayStation app … this dlc is no where to be seen in the store for me to download it.

Have you looked in all the basegame sleepwear selections? I couldn't find the dang things until today when I decided I was going to go through every single item in CAS to see if they were there. And they were. No pack badge icon, so they look like basegame items. The bottoms are under the pants selection in the bottoms, and the tops are in the sweatshirt selection in tops. (At least for the males; haven't started on my female Sim yet. Lol) I am currently kicking myself for not looking this hard before.
