I have gamepass ultimate and on the Xbox store sleepwear says currently unavailable.

Hey all, Rather than trying to claim this content directly from the Xbox store, please try accessing it from EA Play perks section instead: For Xbox, give these steps a try: Log in on your Xbox Navigate to the Game Pass app Select the Perks tab You should see 'The Sims 4 Sleepover Sleepwear Set'. Select and it and go through the steps to claim the perk If this doesn't work for you, please let me know!

Same boat here. I'm in Xbox with Gamepass Ultimate and it shows unavailable. The only way I can even get to the page is through direct link. It doesn't show under EA Play, Gamepass, Sims 4 add-ons, or purchased content.

I’m on XBox and looking at it right now. Says it’s unavailable. Was an email sent out with a code or something?
I have EA Play through XBox Game Pass as well.

Thank you for getting back to me yes I’ve just checked now 02/03/23 at 07:40 & it’s still showing as currently unavailable. I play on Xbox series s & got the pass with Xbox gamepass.

I have EA Play but have the Sims 4 on PC. Is there a reason why I do not have access to this content? I'm paying the monthly subscription?

I believe it's only for consoles, but it seems it's also not available there either.
