Sleepover Sleepwear unavailable - Xbox

I have gamepass ultimate and on the Xbox store sleepwear says currently unavailable.

    Hey all, 

    Rather than trying to claim this content directly from the Xbox store, please try accessing it from EA Play perks section instead:

    For Xbox, give these steps a try:

    • Log in on your Xbox 
    • Navigate to the Game Pass app 
    • Select the Perks tab 
    • You should see 'The Sims 4 Sleepover Sleepwear Set'. Select and it and go through the steps to claim the perk 

    If this doesn't work for you, please let me know!

    I got the sleepwear! It is in the Perks section on Xbox, enjoy.

    Hello,

    so I have an active EA Play subscription but when I try to claim the bonus sleepwear set, it asks me to join ultimate. I thought EA Play was enough? Please help

    Hi @ScarlettBakira 

    For Xbox, this Sleepwear set is a Game Pass perk, so you'd need Game Pass Ultimate to claim the set.

    EA Play is included with the Game Pass Ultimate membership, so if you've got Ultimate, you also get all the EA Play content as well.
