Stuck when try to build

Description of the Issue:
While playing The Sims 4 on my PS5, I occasionally run into a major issue after entering Build Mode. It doesn’t seem tied to a specific action like building a platform—it happens randomly while building. When the bug occurs: I can switch back to Live Mode, but nothing works—Sims are frozen, time doesn’t move, and no interactions are possible. I can’t control Sims, give them actions, or interact with objects. The UI becomes mostly unresponsive. I can’t save the game—the save window appears blank and shows no save files. I also cannot exit to the main menu or manage worlds. The only option is to force close the game from the PlayStation menu. This has happened multiple times during gameplay and completely halts progress.
Steps to Reproduce (as observed):

1. Enter Build Mode on a lot.
2. Make changes (not limited to platforms).
3. Exit Build Mode and return to Live Mode.
4. Sims appear frozen, time won’t progress, and no actions can be performed.
5. Attempting to save or exit leads to a blank screen or no response.

Additional Notes:

The bug appears to happen randomly during building—no specific object or action consistently causes it. Restarting the game is the only temporary fix. I have checked for updates and restarted the console, but the issue persists. Please investigate this issue as it’s breaking the gameplay experience. Thank you!.
