I'll need a few more details in order to help with the issues you're seeing:
Are you getting an error message when you try to access the Gallery?
Where in your game are you crashing? Do you get an error code/message when this happens? You can check your error code history by going to Settings-> System-> Error History.
@EA_Solaire PlayStation yes I get CE-34878-0. CE-36329-3. CE-38603-0.
that’s my past error codes the first one is the current one. And I only get the error when trying to save everything doesn’t show up when I enter. I can provide screenshots if that helps? I’m not good at explaining.
