The sims 4 Gallery causes the game to crash

Console player here and I’m experiencing issues after launching the gallery. Every time i try to launch the gallery while either playing live during the game or in build mode, my game becomes stuck. I’m forced to restart the entire game due to the gallery being frozen and unplayable, I’m unable to click anything. It’s very  frustrating. Hours of gameplay down the drain due to the gallery not working properly; remember to save your game before launching the gallery. I’m a console player; Latest version of the Xbox console. NO MODS
