The Sims 4 game (XBOX One) having trouble loading/opening

I saw other threads about this with similar problems, on here and Reddit, but the solutions haven't worked for me. Solutions including going offline, reinstalling the game, deleting save data, clearing cache, restarting console, power cycling console, using another profile, and clearing up space. I plan on re-adding my XBOX account next.

The problem may be related to an XBOX service outage since July 28th, but I'm not 100% sure, so I'm just reporting here to see if there's any other troubleshooting anyone recommends. I've already reported the outage to Microsoft.

The problem may also be caused by my XBOX One console specifically. It loaded on a different one (XBOX One S? Or X) just fine, so we're probably just going to get a new one. But, again, if there's any troubleshoots I can try, fire away.

I've been trying to get my game to load for about a week now, I think. I've been playing on my computer recently just fine. But when I came back to XBOX, this problem shows up again. It's rarely made it to the main menu. It did just now, actually, but there was a Sims Package Delivery, so I downloaded that and let it restart. It has returned back to this problem. The bar loads to around the same spot each time, then stops. The little Plumbob freezes too, randomly unfreezing to spin for a few seconds, and then freezing again. 

Please help if you can 😭 I've stayed up so many nights.
