@Miles_Gamer_2020 The adjusting graphics is how they updated the game to keep it from crashing when travelling, going into and out of build mode, and in and out of the CAS. I'm sure you remember that happening for a long time. The thread for the graphics is here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-Consoles/PS4-XB1-Updating-Graphics-Settings-Message/m-p/11087145#M15321, unless your graphics are terrible afterwards, this is not a bug, and you can't adjust the graphics on Console otherwise.

For the other issue, it sounds a lot like AI delay and lag. AI issues has a troubleshooting thread here Autonomy and Simulation Lag. If you are on an original XBox and have a lot of packs in your build or are playing on an old save, you will have issues. Move your family to a smaller lot. The Autonomy link has tons of things you can do in game to help manage the game on old gen consoles.

@EA_Solaire Well yesterday and today my sims was frozen when try and clean, goto bed, talking to other sims, ect, the game is not working well - 10%-25% - my game was frozen when going around town, loading screen is slow and my sims has glitched like when my sim are going to the toilet and my sim were heading outside then the needs were going up in the green without I taking my sim to the toilet then my sims going to the toilet even the needs were in the green. My game keep doing adjusting the graphics even I adjusted it

    @EA_Solaire Hi, ever-time I travel or goto manage woulds, it would get stuck, be frozen and it crushes just before my game says “we’re adjusting your graphics settings, so you can continue to enjoy playing The Sims 4” just after I go in to live mode again after I been into build mode it that make any sense to you, but again I adjusted my settings and it still saying it
