Wants and fears

Are you seeing this on a new save file as well? 

Yes.

RENEEL09​ First, lease verify that you have the Wants & Fears enabled in your game settings.

If it is showing as enabled there, let's then try the following:

Turn off Your system completely, let it sit for a few minutes and power it back on.

Check that your game is fully updated:

• Go to the PlayStation home screen. 
• Highlight the game you're playing and press the Options button on your controller.
• Select "Check For Update" and install any updates that are available.
• Restart the Console completely.

Make sure your console system software is up to date. 

• Select Settings at the top of the PlayStation home screen.
• Choose "System Software Update" and allow any system updates to install.
• Reboot your PlayStation.

Uninstall and Reinstall the game:

• Go to Settings > Application Saved Data Management > Saved Data in System Storage > Delete.
• Select a game or application.
• Set check marks beside the data you wish to delete or Select All.
• Select Delete > then OK to confirm your decision.

Yes it was on all save files.  But than I did the update on the 12th and now the wants and fears are working, but the pictures are back being blacked out.  And they were not blacked out on the update before the 12 on the ps4.  It's so confusing.  

After the new update they are working now, but now the pictures are blacked out again.  And on the update on the third the pictures were not blacked out, but my wants and fears were not working.  I tried everything and they just wouldn't work.
