Get to Work pack bug
Ive been playing the sims for years and about 2 years ago i purchased the Get To Work pack, i do not remember through what means i bought it (ie. Through xbox store, steam, 3rd party). I stopped playing for some months and since playing again recently, it says i no longer have the pack. Can not seem to find a purchase history anywhere.
However even though it actually shows as installed when i go into game management, when i load the game it says the pack is missing. I have provided pictures as proof that i have it owned and played with the pack as you can see a screenshot of my sim at work in the science lab. But as it was 2 years ago when i made the purchase its almost impossible to find a proof of purchase anywhere. Final picture
Things i have tried:
- Uninstall and reinstall the whole game
- Reset licenses on console

For Xbox content, you'll need to contact them. They're always on hand to help and there's a Live Chat link on that page. You mentioned Steam in your post but Steam is for PC and since Xbox content is a different product it's not transferable. If it's Xbox content having problems on an Xbox though, Xbox support will be able to assist you. Good luck.
