Hey there! So I recently purchased realm of magic for the sims 4 on xbox one. I downloaded it and the xbox store even says installed. But when I go into the game it says the product isn't finished installing so I can't play it yet?
X Box One- Sims 4 Realm of Magic: Me too! I watched it install to 100%. The game tells me it’s ready, but when I go to play, it says “Download to install”. I go back to “Manage Games and Add ons”, and it is back in the “Ready to install” bin. Not happy!!! Tried shutting down, restart; ensured everything was updated.
Got it! Took me two hours. Just kept installing, uninstalling, re-downloaded(?) from the store, installed again. Re-started the console, and... somehow the game finally recognized it. Don’t know what I did.
