There's no option for sim to go upstairs on Sims 4 on Xbox one

There's no way while playing live for me to select for my sim to go upstairs or for me to even toggle an upstairs view. Only way possible is through doing a rigmarole in build mode. Please help!!

      Takes a bit getting used to the controls, give it a few ours and you will be an expert! 🙂

      Also, it's always a good idea checking the controls panel during different actions in the game by pressing in the left joystick. Placing an item or roof or terrain tools will have a different control panel when you click in the left joystick.
