Hi! I don’t know if anyone is having these problems or STILL having these problems with SIMS4 on the PS4 and/or 5. Every time I try to download a lot or check my gallery it says unable to go online. I checked PSN servers all good, I checked EA and all clear, I also rebought EA Play to see if that would fix it. NOTHING! 😭 please help. I tried everything. I’m do the point of deleting it and waiting 🥹
I have the same problem on xbox one, unfortunately, after installing recently update pack, "events" was disappointed and there is a message about missing on-line connection, despite on turn-on connection in xbox. I try delete and install sims4 again, but it didn't work.
same here with Xbox one too, I haven’t tried it on my PlayStation but I’m guessing it’ll be the same. I’m online and connected fine, it will even let me into the store to buy games but won’t let me view the gallery, just says unable to go online. After searching for answers it seems to have been a problem for the last couple of years and knowing EA it will take them another few to fix it 🙄
Ok so I’m a bit of a donut lol. I just remembered that I did have this issue on PlayStation about a year ago and I know how to fix it! You have to go to ea.com and sign into your account and then link your PlayStation account to your ea account. I just did it with my Xbox and it’s now working!!
Sign into your account on ea.com and then link your Xbox account and it will work
