Unable to save my game.

Which language are you playing the game in? Norsk
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.80
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have every pack except nifty knitting stuff, toddler stuff, spooky stuff, and some of the kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure.
What happens when the bug occurs? When trying to save the game, error code 0 occurs, so I can't save the game. Then, after entering and exiting the game, the latest save file got deleted. After deleting and reinstalling the game all of my sims pets, and the photos my sims have taken are just completely black.
What do you expect to see? Being able to save the game, and also play the game without the last save being deleted. Being able to reintsall the game with animals and photos looking like they did before i reinstalled the game.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

When i try to save the game Error code 0 occurs, so I can't save the game. This has happened for about 3 days now, but until yesterday night I have been able to save if I made a new save file after the error occured.  - Yesterday this did not work anymore. No matter what i tried I could not save. I went into the ps5s save files and saw an auto save was made a few minutes prior, so I hoped that would work as a save.

Today, when I entered the game, it started where I last saved it, not on the auto save file, but last file I managed to save by creating a new save file. I then went to the main menu to see if I could manually open the auto save file to recover what was lost. The file did not show in the app, only in the ps5 save system.

Then, when I entered the game again, all progress from yesterday was completely gone. Even the save that was there before I went to the main menu was now gone.

After this I made sure to download all saves to my cloud, but without overwriting the previous saves I had in the cloud storage. I then deleted the game and reinstalled it.

When i opened the game after reinstallation all of my sims pets are just completely black, without any colours or patterns. This only occurred on the pets I have created, not those that was pre-made in the game. Also, all the photos my sims have ever taken during my entire game are now just black voids in frames. I have spent countless hours arranging for these photos to be taken, so I really hope there is a way to fix this so I can get them back. 

I have also had the game crash several times during the last weeks, or partially freezing while playing, where no buttons would work and I had to close and restart the game. 

I really want my pets and photos back to normal, and to be able to save my game. Would really appreciate a solution to this!
