The user agreement keeps popping up 2 to 3 times daily? Why? I play on XBox. I've un-installed game and reinstalled. I've unplugged my xbox everytime bc otherwise all my builds and saved data disappears. I can't do anything else. This has never happened before. This started after new update.
I did what you suggested and the user agreement is still coming up. Then it wipes away all my content again. And again and agin. If this continues I will just uninstall and never play again! I'm getting very angry! I have to unplug my xbox then load it again wait for all the packs to load. This should not be happening over 50 times a week or more!! I pressed the x. And scrolled down on both. All the way. There are other games this does not happen on. Did not happen until update!
I have fully opened it each time and even went into it. And scrolled down to the bottom. You cannot get around fully accepting. I get a prompt to accept or decline. I accept. And fully open it and scroll to the bottom. It is not one of the buttons. I have to pull the cursor to the accept botten. And I have done this each time! I even tried to find it on the EA app after signing in. Trying to do it there. You say press square and triangle. But that is not an option given. But I will try. So your saying push them at the same time?

Please be sure to fully open the user agreement by pressing the Square and Triangle button on your controller- from here be sure to accept the agreement.
Once you've fully accepted the user agreement, this should prevent it from showing each time you launch the game, and allow you to save your game progress.
