Vet uniform for man won't change (PS4)

I've been able to change the woman vet uniform, but not the man... What ever i do, it won't save (like if in CAS i delete every uniform except one, when i come back to live mode, nothing as change). Also, i don't know if it's a bug or i just don't know how to do it, but my sims doesn't change her vet outfit to match with the woman uniform i selected. I don't know how i can change it.
