Weather inside buildings.. also showering with default underwear on.

I know I’m not the only one, being on console, that is having this issue. Anytime it rains or snows the weather is seen inside structures. And yes they have ceilings/proper roofing over them. 

Also, after the Lovestruck DLC it seems my sims have been showering with their default underwear on (female pink, male dark blue). I know it’s not that big of a deal but it’s bothersome. The reset bathing outfit cheat does not work with this problem either.
