Why can't i link my ea account to my sims 4 game in ps4?
- I am having trouble linking my ps4 to my ea account on sims 4. It was working fine earlier then it started freezing my gallery and now I can't link my ea account. I took off the wifi on my phone and was able to access my ea account on my phon, but I can't link my ea account anymore to sims 4, it keeps saying connection failed. It only ever says that twice then it linked to my game before but now I can't anymore. I have the wifi connected to my ps4. I also been having glitches in the game since the update too.
