Why Can't I Remove A Sim's Facial Feature?

Okay, so after I updated my Xbox One and my Sims 4 application, I found that I can no longer remove a facial feature (Specifically almost every detail that is in the Vampire Game Pack). I checked the controls three times to make sure I wasn't missing something. How in God's Green Earth do I fix this?

I don't personally own the vampire pack. But from my experience with the sims 3 supernatural; could it be that the feature is tied to the characters supernatural nature?
For instance, a distinctive mark of a vampire cannot be removed because it makes it clear your sim is a vampire? (shadows on the face/sunken eyes/bite marks/etc)

I had this exact problem on PS4, when it got stuck on the facial features I went back (pressed O) and then Triangle. Fixed it.Maybe you should try this but with the XBOX controls?
