Wrong email can't edit

Hi. Thanks forward for your time. Everytime I open Sims 4 there pop ups an email verification. It doesn't let me change the email in any way because it's not mine. Any helps how could I edit or verify my email? 

Also, if I verify my email will it automatically save to my online cloud all the saved ones from my gallery? And I will be able to see them online?

    @EA_Barry Hi thanks for getting back to me. I might not have explained the problem properly. It doesn't let me link my ea account because it says there is already an email active in place. However I dont know this email belonging to anybody I know and I noticed it since I bought the game. It asks me for a verification code but I sont have any access to this email whatsoever. It gives me the option at the question How would you like to receive your code?, and I can choose two options or by Email tw****@zeroe.ml or mobile app authenticator. The tw****@zeroe.ml is an unknown email and I dont know how to change it as it doesn't seem to give me any further options
