[XB] Reaper's Rewards: Task Icons Missing

i’ve only ever played sims on my phone until recently downloading it on my Xbox. this is my first event and was confused as to how to even start the event (until finding out it starts automatically on september 24th) due to not getting a list of the tasks as well.

but along with no tasks, i am not even seeing a task bar next to the events tab like in some of the pictures you guys have posted. how do i fix this!!! i want to participate but don’t even know where to start.

    i just reset everything including my xbox and when logging back on this popped up! 

    “Reapers Rewards: Week 1 Pssttt…. Hey, you… (ect)” 

    the task bar is finally there with the tasks included.

    @babiemi533 I don't know how it works on console but can you 'click' on that reaper icon on the left hand side somehow ?

    Moving your post out as I don't believe you have the same issue.

    yes. it just gives me the normal event page but no tasks other than “assistant to the grim reaper” + “a call away”. it won’t let me click on anything below week 1.

    nope never seen those in my life. i even adjusted the screen margins to see if it just wasn’t on screen and nope.

    @babiemi533 It's like the game thinks your done with the event or it's not going on.

    Maybe another console player can help.

    Did you just hard reset your Xbox or did you unistall the game and reinstalled it?
