Xbox Series S: Unable to select/open items in the gallery

Was in the gallery looking for a new house and selected one. The house detail screen strangely opened behind the gallery and I could not get to it. 

I was able to save my game and restarted it. Went back into game and to the gallery and now it won’t allow me to select and open the detail pop up at all. Regardless of if it’s a household or lot. 

Doing a restart of the Xbox now and seeing if that will assist.
