Xbox Series X Crash at Household Load Since Oct. EA Help Case Unresolved.

How often does the bug occur? 100% of the time (Crash right before household loads).

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

1. Launch The Sims 4 on Xbox Series X (fully updated).
2. Attempt to load a household from the map or resume a game.
3. The loading screen stutters just before finishing, glitches, and crashes to the Xbox dashboard.

What happens when the bug occurs?

The game fails to render the household and crashes. Before the total crash state, Sims appeared bald/naked on the loading thumbnails. This happens even with a completely empty "Reserved Space" and no mods (Console).

Additional Information:

• I have been unable to play since early October.
• I have been in contact with EA Support via email extensively. They have officially stated they cannot help me and have stopped troubleshooting my case despite having a chain of back-and-forth emails.
• This is NOT a console issue. All other games on my Xbox Series X run perfectly; only The Sims 4 crashes.
• I have done everything possible: Reinstalled the game 10+ times, factory reset the console (keeping games), cleared MAC address, and DNS settings.
