Xbox Sims 4 Keeps Glitching/ Not Working

My sims 4 game is glitching really bad on Xbox, it’s taking ages to load when I click “cook” on the fridge, none of the event challenges are coming up. I’m clicking for them to do an action and most of the time it will just take it away from the action bar. Nothing feels like it’s working. I’ve reset and game and Xbox multiple times and it’s still not helping . Please can you help fix this
