Hi @Bluebellflora , im having the exact same issue as this person was. I followed all your steps in disabling the iCloud storage. when I open my sims 4 game which I have in my hard drive, I also followed your steps for that too. it creates a brand new electronic files folder and resets my game. I did the symlink successfully and have the .alias file under my documents, which when I open it takes me to my electronic folder in the hard drive with all my mods but there is something I guess I did wrong or missed. when I tried to reverse the link the same issue as this person was having happened to me. it said "
rename /Users/yanetleal/Documents/Electronic Arts to /Users/yanetleal/Documents/Electronic Arts_bkp: No such file or directory" im stuck and have been scouring the Internet for others with the issue and fixes but I can't find one. please help, im uploading a few screenshots to help.
