Bugged into just loading
My sims 4 game crashed two days ago, and now it just says Saving and its the loading icon on the screen, I can't turn of my computer or even restart it, I can't close the game either or do anything. ...

Turn off your Mac by holding down the power button until it turns off, normally it takes around 10 seconds or so to switch off.
