I followed instructions regarding troubleshooting. I renamed my Sims 4 file, started a new clean file, and play tested my game using an old save. The problem is still there. My game will completely freeze usually when I'm moving the camera in build mode (however it has since occurred in live mode as well) and the only way to close the game or do anything is to force shut down my device.
You need to be testing a completely new game, not a clean folder with an old save. Maybe the problem is your save?
