iCloud Drive archive is created when you disable iCloud Drive at some point, it archives the folder.
The game will always look in the Documents > Electronic Arts folder for a Sims 4 folder. If there is not one it will recreate it. The folder name must be The Sims 4. If it is different in any way it would recreate a new folder called The Sims 4.
