Can't find product code on origin

hello simmer, i have downloaded the sims 3 starter pack form origin. when i try to install late night and high-end loft stuff i cant find the registration code for any, when i try to install at the start it says your code: then its just blank.. when i installed just the sims 3 game, the code was shown after the your code: but for the eps it isnt. i dont want to use other registration codes, just i want to find my ones jsut in case there might be issues. please tell me how to find them. im using a mac and i downloaded the game, thanks if you can help!

Hi, I bought two expansion packs for sims3 at over Christmas. Installed fine, however, my mac since died and now I have a new one and am trying to re-install everything.

I downloaded the base game fine, but the expansion packs have a blank space were the product key should be so I cannot install them.

I have logged in and out of origin and rebooted countless times, I have opened 3 tickets that just say 'resolved' without them ever contacting me and I have tried chat many times. It's been waiting to connect to an advisor for half an hour now. 

I can see the two expansion packs I have bought on the origin client, when I click them the only option is 'install', there is no information to click.

I have tried to contact EAsupport on twitter but the message box is greyed out so cannot send them a tweet

I have the email receipts and despite being told the product keys are on there, they are not.

I'm getting really frustrated, can anyone help me please or at least give me an email address so I can contact them directly, as I'm just being bounced from one place to another trying to get answers.

Hi and thanks for replying. I tried the solution, ie, reset origin and download again but it still didn't work! Finally got all my codes through the chat help. Just in case anyone else struggles to load chat, it doesn't seem to work on chrome but it works perfectly on safari...

I downloaded sims 3 in origin for my mac a while ago and now i am downloading some expansion packs i cannot find the product code i have the product code for the actual games sims 3 but in the confirmation emails and in origin itself there is no product code anywhere
