Can't find product code on origin

I bought a few expansions for the sims 3 on origin. I use a Mac and can't find the product code. At some point it offers to "copy to the clipboard" but nothing gets copied at all. How can I do??? I see hundreds of people have the same issue yet no clear answer! This is extremely annoying! Please help!

    My product code isn't showing up for "The Sims 3: Island Paradise." I have the base game downloaded, and I have two other expansion packs downloaded as well. The codes showed up just fine for them. I'm downloading them onto my Mac.

    Hi! I downloaded my game before in a different Mac and is working fine together with the Expansion Packs. However, now that I've changed my mac, the product codes for the Expansion Packs are not displayed. Please help.

  • I reinstalled my sims 3 games and it was going fine until I reached my sims supernatural, im downloaded from origin so it asks for a product code when its suppose to come up, it doesn't its just a blank spot where it should be, I emailed EA at there help website and they directed me to several places but I still haven't gotten a direct answer to my problem, i have searched my purchase history but there is no record of my purchase, I have looked through my email and I haven't found my confirmation email when I have all my other ones. I know purchased this game but all history of it has been deleted this also may be the reason my product code wont come up.please help!!!!!!!!

    @creativecoatings

    This was an extremely common problem that has now been resolved thanks to the latest release of Origin. I have moved your post to this thread where all similar posts have been consolidated and the solution has been marked.

    Please download and install the latest version of Origin or contact EA who should give you your code via live chat or telephone once they have verified you own the game.

    What I did when I ran into this issue was stop the current install. Quit Origin and open it back up. Then go back to where you download the game. From there, press start download and then your product key should pop up again. Hope that helps.
