Hello everyone, I recently bought new macbook and installed Sims 4. Is it possible to somehow upload my old (data) family from my old Chromebook? I dont want to start from new, please help. I also got few packs on that old account. I thought that my old data is gonna stay saved on my EA account. Anyone can help me what to do? Thank you!

    Yes. Copy your saves from the Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > saves folder on the Chromebook to Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > saves on your Mac.

    For the game installation, download and install EA App on your Mac, sign in using the same account you purchased the DLC in and the Mac versions will be available to download.
