traits in cas not showing?

My traits in CAS are not showing, i’ve tried everything at this point. I took out all my mods even clothing cc and still the no traits. Sometimes it randomly works and CAS is normal but once i exit and go back to the game later its broken again without anything being done to it. I’ve repaired my game multiple times and deleted my saves and cache. When searching for answers i've found a lot of people with the exact same glitch but for different reasons and from months ago. The solutions on their forums haven’t been helpful and i don't know what else to do. Im on mac book air, idk if it has anything to do with that either.
