Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

I have this account where I bought like 4 expansion packs and more of content. I haven't been able to get them back. I already tried erasing cache as they are saying, repairing. Right now I just tried to update, because I had all the carpets of each expansion pack, i clicked on view properties on app and now they are all gone, i was like ???, I took pictures anyway. But they are not showing on the EA new app. I bought everything on origin, i dont know why they did dirty. And there's no one to contact. They do not have any way of talking with them apart from this via. I would be glad if someone can contact me or give me any type of info.

    Hi EA_Solaire​, thank you for answering. Honestly I didn't expect a reply. I read the article you directed me to. But the problem is the account I have with my bought stuff is asking me to verify with a code each time I want to view my purchases (or entering to the account via google chrome not app) when i enter with the app I can access to the game, etc. But not the account. This account has an email I had when I was a little kid (it is my father one) but my father stopped using it so Microsoft does this thing that if you don't use your email address for a while they erase it. So every way of trying to get a code for accessing the account is not optimum for me. I know the email address and password for my account but unfortunately it doesn't help me enter without this code, only to the app.e

    mikespamrt​ Gotchya, thanks for those extra details! We can't help with account recovery on the forums, but you can contact live support from the link provided above and they'll help you regain access to this account and get the email updated.

    You will need to provide enough account information to live support to verify that you're the original owner and once they've verified you're the owner of that account, they'll help you get logged back in.
