Game Camera Extreme Glitching

Lately every time I play, the screen will completely glitch when I move the camera. It happens regardless of lot. I have no mods and I’ve tried repairing the game twice. I’ll attach some screengrabs to illustrate what i mean. Sometimes the entire control panel disappears, items within the house disappear (leading to seemingly floating objects), and sometimes the decision screens are missing letters or any words at all.

The game is basically unplayable right now. mac,   The game version txt file is blank when I open it so not sure what version.
