Shadows Keep Glitching/Flickering

Ever since the recent 25th anniversary update, all the shadows in my game flicker and glitch like crazy. I've never had this issue before, and I usually use the highest graphics for everything. I tried lowering the graphics, I tried repairing my game, and I haven't used mods in a really long time, so that's not the issue. Nothing worked. Is there anything else I can do? Or do I just have to wait for them to put out a patch that hopefully fixes this issue? This flickering is making my game unplayable because I cannot look at the screen for longer than 30 seconds without getting a headache.
