Game crashes and quits to EA app after 10 minutes of gameplay.

I have had this issue since the new update released yesterday. I have a Macbook M2, 2022 with the most recent Sequioa 15.3.1 update. Whenever I play the game, everything loads absolutely fine and then after about 10 minutes of gameplay, the game just quits with no warning and takes me back to the EA app. I have checked the recent crash report and it says it is an issue with 'Metal'. I have lowered my graphics, repaired the game and this keeps happening. Can anyone advise me, thanks!
